By subscribing to our coffee delivery service, you agree to receive fresh coffee beans or ground coffee every two weeks (bi-weekly) or once a month (monthly), as selected during the subscription setup. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our subscription service.

2. Billing and Payment:
Subscription charges will be automatically billed to the payment method you provide during the initial setup and on subsequent billing dates according to your chosen frequency. You can update your payment information in your account settings.

3. Delivery Schedule:
Fortnightly: Coffee deliveries will occur every two weeks from the date of your initial order.
Monthly: Coffee deliveries will occur once a month from the date of your initial order.


4. Subscription Modifications:
You have the flexibility to modify or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes, such as adjusting the delivery frequency or product selection, can be made by logging into your account and updating your subscription preferences.

5. Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a billing date will apply to the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already been billed.

6. Product Selection:
You can select the specific coffee product(s) you wish to receive during the subscription setup. Changes to your product selection can be made before the next billing cycle.

7. Shipping and Delivery:
We will process and ship your subscription order according to your selected delivery frequency. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be included in your subscription charges.
